Three building methods utilized:

• ~6,000 sq. ft. office complex constructed of wood with metal siding
• ~45,834 sq. ft. warehouse and finishing buildings constructed of tilt-up concrete panels
• ~63,000 sq. ft. foundry (largest portion of project) constructed with concrete foundation walls and a steel building
  • Three-level mezzanine and (5) material handling elevators
  • Maintained scheduling throughout project with constant communication with owners in South Africa to ensure deliveries from Europe were accommodated throughout construction
