Project Highlights

• Design and construction of multiple buildings and site improvements aimed at meeting the growing needs of this ecumenical lay apostolate
• 27,900 sq. ft. welcome center, houses Instructional welcome areas, staff offices, a recording studio, conference rooms, cafeteria, library and a bookstore
• 16,000 sq. ft. (725 seat) worship center constructed using laminated columns and arches with structural insulated roof panels
• 9,500 sq. ft 2-story dormitory – provides short term housings for (18) visiting clergy from around the world
• 2 buildings additional buildings – restroom facility & a smaller building matching all others that house the fire pump equipment next to the retention pond
• Replacement of a timber frame bridge with a cast-In-place concrete bridge, paving and lighting of 3,000 sq. ft. of two-lane road, utility extensions to support the enlarged campus, 2-acre retention pond that also serves as a reservoir for the buildings' fire suppression system, and a concrete parking lot for 18 buses and 900 cars
