- Staff living quarters consist of living room, dining room, kitchen, gym, storage room, office, laundry facility, two bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms
- Kitchen is equipped with oven/stove and residential hood and (3) refrigerators
- Exterior finishes consist of Hardie board cement siding and stone veneer
- 30′ flagpole, concrete parking and driveway
- Second fire station for the City of Lorain, using design-build method
