Project Highlights
• 54′ x 71′ apparatus bay, 48′ x 52′ living quarters with an 8′ x 24′ front porch
• Equipment area includes space for fire trucks, 12 – 2′ x 2′ lockers, a six-foot work bench, equipment room and mezzanine area.
• Staff living quarters consist of living room, dining room, kitchen, gym, storage room, office, laundry facility, two bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms
• Kitchen is equipped with oven/stove and residential hood and (3) refrigerators
• Exterior finishes consist of Hardie board cement siding and stone veneer
• 30″ flagpole, concrete parking and driveway
• Second fire station for the City of Lorain, using design-build method
