• Design-build new construction addition ~ 14,360 square feet & remodel existing 9,110 square feet
• Wood-framing, structural columns, beams, pre-engineered floor joists and roof trusses
• Exterior façade finished with stone wainscot and EIFS to match existing facility
• New exam rooms, surgical suites, pharmacy, lab, kennels, and a multi-purpose space to accommodate campus wide meetings
• 2,500 lb. elevator to service the second floor giving the capability to transport food and supplies to storage
• Remodel of existing space which included exam rooms, ICU suites, and the reception/lobby area
